Prestigious 1400m2 office redevelopment in the heart of the financial district comprising full strip out of existing walls and ceilings under strictly controlled conditions, and installation of new system glazed partitioning. All in full occupation.
Client disruption was minimal despite the full carpet removal and replacement using the lift and lay method, and a full reconfiguration of the existing specialist lighting control system.
A state of the art audiovisual room was formed and interlinked plasma screens located strategically throughout the floor for use during presentations.
The works were executed during the night from 18.00 pm to 06.00 am and weekends, with the necessity for a full client beneficial use throughout the entire project.
The full 1400m2 floor was subject to complete strip out of ceilings, walls and floors and the complete installation of specialist glass partitioning and metal pan removable ceilings. Specialist joinery was constructed to provide the client with a high tech modern environment.
A full air-conditioning, fire detection and sprinkler system was installed to comply with the landlord's requirements. Projects was fully responsible for the effective co-ordination of over 30 different subcontractors during the project.
