This high quality refurbishment was carried out within a prestigious private residential property, deep in the heart of Kensington.

When working within an occupied residential property, Acorn believes that working alongside the Estate’s management, and providing a high level of protection to the common parts of the building, is of paramount importance.

The apartment was carefully stripped back to the very core of the building’s structure prior to works commencing.

The refurbishment work included the following:

• Complete Plumbing & Heating Installation
• Electrical rewiring including smoke detectors and intruder alarm
• Hardwood flooring
• Ceramic flooring in bathrooms including under floor heating
• Specialist joinery to bedrooms
• Specialist decorations including Trompe L’oeil
