Full strip out and refurbishment of three complete floors of this centrally located office block. Works included full replacement of mechanical and electrical services to a tight programme.

As this building was unoccupied during the course of the project, all works were carried out during normal working hours.

The floors were last fully refurbished 20 years ago, so all mechanical & electrical services were out of date and needed to be completely stripped out and upgraded to modern standards. The ceilings, walls and floor finishes were taken back to the very core of the building's structure to enable the refurbishment to begin.

Due to the building's position in prestigious Mayfair, London space was at a premium, so all materials were delivered to our base in London SE1 and delivered to site as and when required. Waste materials and rubbish generated from the works were progressively removed from site and deposited at local refuse centres by our own transport. This flexibility enabled us to maintain a clean, clear and most importantly, "SAFE" working environment.

Working alongside our client's management team, we have created pleasant, modern suites of offices, which provide full flexibility for any prospective tenant.

From initial site set up to a fully completed handover to our client, this project was carried out within a 12-week program.
