This classic fit-out was carried out on the 3rd and 6th floors in an otherwise fully occupied 7-storey building.

All noisy works were completed out of hours so as to minimise disruption to the building's other tenants.

All other works were carried out during normal working hours in order to keep costs to a minimum.

The floors were completed to the highest standards using both re-claimed and new materials.

Acorn's aim is to offer the client greater flexibility, and on this particular project was able to alter and adapt floor box positions up until 24 hours prior to occupation by the client's staff.

Working in co-operation with the building's management team, this project was achieved within an 8- week program.
